Amsterdam is a feeding ground for new artists and music. The same goes for the talented MC/Producer Rome Le'Vant (26).
Hailing from the East District of Amsterdam, and born and raised from a virtuous and musical family, Rome started creating Hiphop at the age of 13 in the year 2000. It was the start of a new time in the genre. And Amsterdam was no different.
In 2007 after performing in various talent shows, Rome met kindred spirits that wanted to create music with a soulful vibe, but also with witty tongued one liners and humour that only Amsterdam's culture could provide. The band N.O.E. (Nation of Elzi) created the debut underground classic "Earth Like Zion Is" EP in 2008. it sparked a nation wide tour.
Now Rome is focusing on his solo efforts with the inspiration and craftmanship in high gear.
