ROGER NASCIMENTO worked as a DJ in the most popular Rio de Janeiro discos during the eighties.
He began his career at the BOITE PRIVÉ in june 1980.
In february 1981 he was invited by DJ GAÚCHO to work with him, providing soundtracks in ROXY ROLLER, Rio's premier skating rink.
Shortly thereafter he became DJ at ROXY's equally popular neighbor, PAPAGAIO DISCO CLUB, as well at this same time served frequently as special guest DJ for DJ'S PARADE on RÁDIO DEL REY FM.
In 1984 he DJ'd at BOITE REGINE’S. In the same year he vigorously promoted New Wave and Native Brazilian Rock in the DANCETERIA MISTURA FINA while working again with DJ GAÚCHO.
He worked as a DJ at the inauguration of DISCOTECA COLUMBUS at the beginning of 1988 and soon after moved to BOITE PRESS where he remained until 1989.
Twenty five years later, in 2014, he returned to his DJ's roots at the ROXY ROLLER SHOW and at RESUMO DO MOSTARDA PARTY.
