Rocky Law (Carlton Lawson) is a Chicago-born musician who was exposed to music from a very young age. Growing up in a prominent music household Rocky spent most of his childhood immersed in the music industry. Trained as a horn player, Rocky gained music experience playing in the Chicago All-City Jazz Band as well as with his father legendary Chicago jazz trombone player Dr. Carl L. Lawson (Snatch Inc, Sam Cooke, and Louis Satterfield). In 2007, Rocky founded Effretto Radio and has been hosted on international radio stations such as Pure.FM, ITunes, and DanceFactoryFm.com.
