I welcome you to the odyssey of finding a happier, healthier you. I plan for you to become empowered, enlightened and entertained along the way.
I am an Integrative Health and Nutrition Consultant and Coach. My goal is to educate and support those who are interested in improving their overall health. This means addressing not only nutritional needs, but also other areas of our lives that make us happy, content, safe, empowered, inspired and so much more. By changing what we put in and on our bodies and ridding as many toxins in our lives as possible, we will not only make a huge difference in our own health, but also impact the health of those around us and our planet. And by fulfilling our personal life needs, we can release our burdens and allow ourselves to focus on more than our daily struggles. When we have satisfaction and contentment, we have the energy to give to others in our lives, our community and our world.
