SATURDAY NIGHT AT 7PM ON http://lpcountry.com THE ROCKIN COUNTRY RADIO SHOW started way back in 1977 when Walter Scott James started mixing Rock'n'Roll with Country Music. Walter Scott had noticed that whenever he dropped in the his local pub for a beer that all the bands at the time were playing a mixture of rock and country and yet the radio stations were starting to distant themselves from that format. In the early 2000's Art Wanders a friend of Walter Scott's and a Producer listened to the shows and soon the two of them started to record shows at Art's studio. Sharon was often part of the shows and in 2002 a 25th reunion show with Allnight Esquire, had Allnight joining Walter and Art on the show regularly. After Walter Scott's brother passed away in 2007 the shows were not recorded as often and by 2012 the 3 guys had moved on to their own projects. In 2019 Walter Scott started doing the shows weekly on C.R.A.P radio. rockincountryradioshow@hotmail.com
