Darren Corbett and Robert Todd aka Technogramm from Scotland met in 2000.Darren was an aspiring Dj who was introduced to Robert through a Dj friend and their love of dance music.
Darren wanted to make his own style of tunes but didn't have the knowledge, so in 2002 they bought their first computer and started experimenting with programs at the time such as Fruity loops & Reason & Inspired by Dj's such as Mauro Picotto and his producer Ricardo Ferri they started experimenting trying to create their own style of tunes.
Along the way with live equipment such as MC 808, Korg Electribe, MC 303, Maschine + the new Roland AIRA TB-3, TR-8, VT-3 and many other programs they started performing live sets.
They got their first break in 2003 playing in Clubs like The Soundhaus, Courtyard, Stereo, Club69, ACC, The Loch Lomond Boat Party’s and lots of free party's over the years Technogramm was born.
