Completed my album mid-May at the celebrated Western Star Studios, skilfully and creatively produced by Alan Wilson [who also played some cool guitar on the sessions]., the sessions had 'cracking' musicians who really nailed it, Sean Mc Bride [Sax's], Ben Turner [drums], Steve Holbrook [keyboard/s], Steve Whitehouse [Double Bass]. Andy Stradling [Harmonica]; Liz Avent, Stuart Demmery & Alan Wilson [Backing Vocals],
Known collectively as the "Western All Stars", they made knockout musical and creative contribution to my album, which is due out on FURY RECORDS - 10th October 2011.
Our thanks also to Sheila - who at the week long recording sessions, kept a bottomless tea and coffee pot, plus an endless supply of sandwiches, rolls, cakes and biscuits, so now everyone's on a diet, [Ah Well].
