From first being introduced to the hardcore scene at the age of 11, Rick's love of electronic music has grown exponentially. After practicing 24/7 he eventually started playing house parties in his hometown and was spotted by a local agency. This then allowed him to start playing local venues and master his craft in mixing to a busy crowd. From here he moved to Leeds to study a Music Tech Degree and learned how to produce his own music. Whilst there he met like-minded individuals and secured a residencies at local House and Techno events, as well as DJing and producing underground radio shows such as “The Warm Up Sessions” on www.ELFM.co.uk and more recently "The Funktion Room" on Funktion Radio. Always looking to new technology for ideas of how he can improve his sets is a must for Rick and being part of the duo Cyclik has given both him and his co-producer, Dan De Lissandri, the opportunity to grow their live sets into a truly invigorating and immersive experience.
