Did first radio in hospital broadcasting BHBN in Birmingham, also Portsmouth Hospital Broadcasting, while I was down there doing my newspaper journalism training. Worked in ILR as newscaster/reporter, presenter and Programme Controller; BBC LR as Programme Organiser and Producer, also BFBS Germany, including two and half years in West Berlin presenting the Breakfast Show, plus other programmes. Now work as (Senior) Lecturer in journalism/broadcasting in Liverpool. Still an anorak!!
