Richard has now taken up the post of General Manager at ENT UK, the professional association for ENT surgeons in the UK, based at the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Richard Guy was previously director of membership and communications at the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists. Richard is responsible for leading on the RCSLT's member and external communications strategies. Richard Leads on the PR and marketing communications aspects of the RCSLT's 'Giving voice' campaign.

Before joining the RCSLT in March 2006, Richard worked for six years for the Training and Development Agency for Schools, helping to develop and run the Government’s campaign to recruit more graduates into teacher training. He led the development of the enquiry services that provided information for people interested in teaching about how to fulfil their ambitions.
