I play Songs from the little well-known to the more obscure and have a love of music of all kinds. I remember listening to Luxemburg Radio on Sunday night from an old large valve amp radio that would cast light across my room through the tuning dial from the old valve amp glowing comfortably in the back. Still at primary school I discovered John Peel, John Walters, and Alexis Korner and would fall asleep to the sounds of their music. 'There were not many 9 year olds in the playground that listened to John Peel'. My love of music has developed into the Folk and Blues Show for SomerValley97.5fm Tuesdays from 7 - 8pm repeated on Blues and Roots Radio FromeFm and GlastonburyFM I like to play the music you don't always here on the radio especially from artists that put effort into their music but because they’re not mainstream get very little recognition. The Blues is a part of folk as well and some say we would not have had folk music if it was not for the blues.
