Being one of the founders of San Diego’s longest running DnB weeklies, Liquid, Knottyboy has been bringing some of the sexiest Drum & Bass to the masses since 2001. Originally a part of the Vinyl Elements crew, another weekly featuring a mix of genres and live art and in 2005 Knottyboy created Liquid with co founder Calculon, which was featured in a small venue in downtown San Diego. Growing into a movement, Liquid has become more then a name of a weekly or a genre of music, but a vibe. Rocking dance floors throughout the US and internationally, Knottyboy has developed a style that is his own. With a resume of playing shows with talent such as, Logistics, Andy C, Dara, Random Movement, A-Sides, DJ SS, Diesilboy, Chase and Status, Loadstar, Shy FX, Bachelors of Science, and many many more. Performong at some of the biggest nights in the west coast such as , Respect LA, Deep SD, Samina SF, and festivals such as Elysium, Lucidity, Burning Man, YOUtopia, Eternal, and many more.
