Rhode Island Red is a London-based hard rock band formed in late 2009 by guitarist songwriter Dave Garfield and vocalist Lyla D'Souza.

Lyla is a London based rock/soul singer songwriter who has been
performing across the UK, Europe and Australasia.

Dave has lived and worked in Amsterdam and Cologne, recorded for EMI Germany and BMG Germany and has gigged and recorded all over Europe playing many festivals and TV shows and supported major artists on tour such as Joe Cocker, Rammstein and Die Arzte.

On Bass is Mike McGuinness who has played with London
based bands Ten Second Reload and The Sheen, Andrea Basiola is on Guitar and Rha Stranges is on Drums.
The band have been gigging around the capital and have recently recorded their debut single, which will be available on iTunes this spring. Their songs have been described as Nickelback meets the Cult meets Garbage.
