DJ Retina Burn has been playing around Seattle, nationally, and internationally since 2011 including club nights, special events and concerts. Specialties include shoegaze/dreampop, 80s/post-punk/new wave, international, city pop, funk, dance, r&b/soul, 50s/60s rock/pop, and reggae. He's performed with the likes of Dengue Fever, The Telescopes, LSD and the Search For God, The Stargazer Lilies, and Takako Minekawa. He's also maintained regular club nights including shoegaze/dreampop nights entitled Vapour Trail and Nowhere, co-hosted the "weird French music" event AM I Normal?, and created or guested at other 80s, post-punk, funk/r&b, or international nights. Venues include NW Film Forum, The Crocodile, Chop Suey, High Dive, Revolver Bar, Moe Bar, Gold Bar, Jupiter, The Hideout, Cat Club (SF), Milk Bar (SF), Comet Tavern, The Rookery (NYC), Lo-Fi, Linda's, Moustache Bar (Tijuana), Late Bar (CHI), and El Rio (SF).
