BleenTeK started to get into the underground music scene in 2004 while living in Quebec, Qc. When he started going to System and the Terminal after hours. When those two clubs closed in 2008, he got more and more into mixing and started hosting weekend parties at his house. A lot of people that went to those after hour clubs started coming to his parties to enjoy a long night 8pm until 6am at his place. BleenTeK was the main DJ at these parties. Others did take over the turn tables at times. 

In 2012, he moved to Fredericton, NB just as he was getting more and more into the mix. His first inspiration were Peakafeller from Quebec, Deadmau5 and Matty Ford. BleenTeK became friends with the latest when he moved to Fredericton. He in turn influencing is style to include DnB, Dubstep and Glitchop. This made him more versatile. Now, BleenTeK stay around all House music sub gender. His favourite remains Tech House.
