Hey I’m Michael. I love to run and love rock’n’roll. This account attempts to fuse those things. Be on the look out for mixes featuring the finest curated rock’n’roll, blues, punk, rockabilly, etc tracks custom made for your next run.

Some mixes are tailored to the Nike Run Club guided runs (marked with NRC) but can really be followed by anybody following any plan. The important part is how long the mix is. If you are a Nike Run Club user I will guide you through how to use the mix with Nike Run Club.
