Refill Ministries started off as a Christian Conference in 2007 under the umbrella of The Musters. The main goal of Refill Ministries is to bring young people from different locations, backgrounds, churches, and fellowships together in a Christian environment where they can be edified, connect with each other, fellowship and be spiritually refilled.
