Rebel Betty is a Puerto Rican DJ, Multidisciplinary Artist, Educator and Activist from Chicago. Her practice focuses on music of the African Diaspora across the Caribbean and the resistance music of the Americas and all oppressed communities.

The goal is to empower the tradition of dance and storytelling through music and cultural production.

Rebel is a past resident DJ of Cumbiasazo, Que Horas Son and Boleo Hotel in Chicago. She has played at the Mole de Mayo festival in Pilsen, Chicago as well as in Mexico & Puerto Rico.
