The Rave Relax Show has been broadcasting on Shmu FM since 7th October 2011. Hosted by Alan Clark from 10-12pm on Friday nights. The show is roughly one hour of dance music and one hor of relaxing music. Rave then Relax. Once a month we host the Notion Motion Monthly Mix in collaboration with Notion Aberdeen who organise the DJs and run club nights in Aberdeen.
