The "Ravenation" is an electronic music festival based in Innsbruck, Austria. It took place for the first time on October 25th, 1997 in Innsbruck's legendary "Hafen". More than 3000 ravers dancing all night long. What a success! A CD compilation was released on BMG/Ariola the same year. From 1998 to 2002 "Ravenation" became one of the biggest electronic festivals in Austria - comparable to "Danube Rave" in Linz or "Gazometer" in Vienna. On the occasion of the approaching 20-year anniversary, the "Rave Nation" was brought back to life in 2017.
