A member of the Alaris Aerospace Systems, LLC, team, Ramnik Soni is a South Florida executive. Overseeing operational and financial functions since 2013, he has spearheaded the firm's evolution from trading in airplane parts to acquiring aircraft and harvesting them in-house. Ramnik Soni has engineered equity financing strategies and oversaw the diligence process for the potential acquisition of Alaris by an international company.

From 1995 to 2004, Mr. Soni was a Schlumberger Oilfield Services, Ltd. executive who directed operations across diverse global locations. As country manager for the firm’s wireline division in Sudan, Ramnik Soni overcame logistical hurdles with remote location and resource constraints to double revenue from $8 million to 16 million within a year. He also negotiated and closed a two-year contract with Chinese National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) valued at $10 million.
