I'm a mother to two fantastic boys and a chef by trade. I was raised in my grandparent's authentic Italian restaurant and was hand rolling pasta at my grandmother's side at the age of three. My passion and love of all things culinary persists today as a corporate chef developing unique recipes which highlight the freshest, healthiest Ultra Premium, single-cultivar extra virgin olive oils from around the world. In addition, I currently write for several published food blogs including Castro Valley Patch. I oversee R & D and product innovation for Veronica Foods Company & Delizia Brand Olive Oil. I'm the chef/owner of Comestibles, a private non-profit catering company that gives back to the community by serving other non-profits and charities located in and around the San Francisco Bay Area. And last but certainly not least, I'm blissfully married to my amazing husband, a masterful butcher by trade. Our love affair began over a rabbit from his butcher counter well over a decade ago
