Put Michigan People First Coalition has identified six significant issues within House Bills 5282-83 ?the so-called ?Blues bills? that seek to reform the individual health insurance market ? on which there is widespread agreement among those who advocate for the ill, the elderly, low-wage workers, people with disabilities, and those who do not have access to employer-sponsored health insurance or other means of coverage.
