Making instrumental music designed to be listened to rather than used as background music. Much of the music is piano-based as that's the first instrument my parents forced me to learn before I started actually enjoying music (I was very young, and very stubborn).

These days I make music mainly as a hobby although I was commissioned to write the soundtrack to a documentary in 2011/2012 and have albums commercially available under the Purple Rhapsody name on iTunes, etc.
