Our diverse variety in class offerings are led by experienced, caring and skilled meditation and mindfulness teachers in the state. We adapted the practice of meditation and mindfulness to make learning and practicing it more engaging and enjoyable from the beginner to expert for all ages, genders and soul-seekers. Our Boutique will carry specialized hard-to-find jewelry, teas, clothes, candles, essential oil products and more! Many are locally and organically made in Wisconsin. Hope to see you!
