Psychedelic Soul Sound's Journey Started
In 1983 where East London saw the birth of "Psychedelic Soul Sound," a sound system inspired by Georgie Small's Funkadelic Soul Sound and led by the visionary Smarty Cain. After Cain's tragic end in 1987, Psychedelic Eric carried the legacy into the 90s. And beyond with Block Music Radio now honors this rich musical heritage with a 24/7, 365-day-a-year streaming service.
Listeners can enjoy non-stop soul, rare groove, and deep soulful house, along with digitally remastered old soul blues party tapes from clubs, pubs, and house parties dating back to 1983 in East London.
With the Block Music Radio Alexa skill, accessing this extensive musical library is effortless. Enable the skill on your Amazon Alexa device and immerse yourself in music that truly feeds the soul.
