An eye opening new artist rapper, singer, songwriter "Pride Lion", highly conscious with the ability to move people with her passionate and eye opening lyrics. Her start at nine years old with her father singing with her on the way to her school opened the door to the world of music for which she fell in love.
Pride Lion born Michelle Byrd, twenty –nine years old raised in Dayton, Ohio. Along with car rides to school she began singing in the church choir. This led to her being accepted into an exceptional school of Arts for her talent. As a teenager she became involved with FFat Pro a youth music program designed to mold young talented artist. Now With a strengthened determination and focused on where her music could take her she began falling hard into the streets which eventually lead to six years behind bars. Using music during this time to uplift the spirits of her fellow inmates she gained from her experience and embraced the transformation into Pride Lion.
