Post Plastic World is an indie pop/rock band from Madrid with a strong British influence and a post-punk touch, often described as “If The Kinks Had Gone Punk...”
Their sound draws inspiration from a wide range of artists, including Brit-pop pioneers, post-punk legends, and iconic figures like Bowie, Buzzcocks, Blur and The Beatles (they all being with B).
What makes them special? Perhaps it's because this group celebrates their Made in Great Britain culture—Pop, Punk, Mod, Glam, Post-Punk, etc.—or because all these influences blend into a purely Made in Madrid vibe.
The band's line-up includes Ángel Paniagua (drums, percussion), Jack Williamson (bass, backing vocals) and Johnny NoFutura (vocals, guitar). While Post Plastic World may be a relatively new project, the members have a wealth of experience having previously been involved in many local bands.
