Spinning Out of Belfast Northern Ireland, Dave Alex Crawford, also known as Positive Spirit began mastering the tables playing various parties in 1996. After a few years of DJing he decided to extend his interests to include producing his own tracks in 1998 with some pieces that received great reviews. He then formed Shinebox Radio an internet radio station which ran from May 2004 to July 2006. Shinebox was committed to playing some of the best new and unsigned talent from around the globe. He then began a residency at trance station deviant audio from October 2007 to February 2008 and appeared on Agnelli & Nelsons Deep blue radio show twice for a 30 minute guest slot and also made appearances on BBC Radio 1 and Ulster.
He then hosted his own show Facing up on the popular Trance fm Amsterdam and has had his music released on Florida edm label deepsink digital. Dave has also appeared on pure dance podcast while gigging in London and runs his own record label Positive Spirit .
