POOKiE
From Salt Lake City, Utah comes the bass music badness of Blake “POOKiE” Shelman, a 25 year veteran of the decks in the Utah scene. Pookiie began his DJ career as a child using tape decks to create mixes, finding peace and joy absent in other aspects of his life through music. At age 18, he got his first set of decks and he hasn’t stopped since.
With little in the way of a musical background, POOKiE has established himself as versatile and professional DJ, performing along with the likes of Masta Killa of Wu-Tang, Tech N9NE, Dead Prez and other heavy-hitters in Hip-Hop, as well as sharing the bill with StookieSound, UZ, Stylus Beats, Mt. Eden, HUCCI, Carnage and many other HUGE names in the EDM scene.
