Pontus Eriksson is the mastermind behind the darkpsy project called Ponta. He's from the big dark forest in North of Sweden. He creates twisted dark sounds under the northern lights. From the beginning he started to deejay back in 2003/2004 and he mostly played trance and club. But he thought that was too soft so he started playing fullon and darkpsy. In 2005 he began playing and producing music using FL Studio. From there on he has only continued to make music. It was love at first sight, as one might say. He retrieves inspiration from horror movies and the dark north summer forest.
He has played at many different parties and festivals in the underground stage in Sweden.
