Plinio nasceu em São Paulo e seu primeiro contato com algo "perto" da electro music, foi com a música "Children" de Robert Miles no ano de 1995, na qual se apaixonou perdidamente.

Mas foi começar a ter contato com a música eletrônica em 1999, com o jogo para Playstation (FIFA 2000) com a música "Stop the Rock" do Apollo 440.

Atualmente, já tocou em algumas cidades de 2 estados (Minas Gerais e São Paulo), tendo públicos que alcançaram 10 mil pessoas (algumas vezes até mais que isso).
