PJ James is Singer, Rapper, Dancehall artist, Songwriter & Producer. He was born in Guyana and moved to Surinam at a young age. He was a leadsinger and songwriter from the age of 15 in the well known Surinameseband Kasimexhouseband. He sang Dancehall, reggea, soca, hip hop and dance music in the band. PJ James ran his own recording studio in Surinam from 2004 to 2008 where he recorded singers like Bryan Bijlhout, StreetSoldierz, en Marian Cornet. He is now living in the Netherlands and doing what he loves to do the most, running his own recording studio and making music. 4The Love of Music he calls it.
