Former Royal Ballet dancer, Pietra Mello Pittman A.R.A.D, is Co-Director of "Sisters Grimm", which she estabished in 2009, with composer Ella Spira, while still at the Royal Ballet.
In 2015 Pietra and Ella were shortlisted for the Women of the Future Awards for Arts and Culture.
Sisters Grimm is proud to be part of the GREAT campaign, under CREATIVITY is GREAT. The GREAT Campaign is the government's most ambitious international promotional campaign ever, showcasing the best of what the UK has to offer to inspire the world and encourage people to visit, do business, invest and study in the UK.
Sisters Grimm conceived and produced the theatrical spectacle "INALA", which had a reach in it’s first year of 33 million.
Featuring Grammy award winning, South African legends, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, current and former dancers of the Royal Ballet & Rambert, with choreography by Mark Baldwin OBE and new Grammy nominated music co-written by Ladysmith Black Mambazo & Ella Spira.
