Ricardo Isaac, known to the music world as “Phase One” from the Bronx, began emceeing at the young age of 11 or 12 and began taking it seriously in 1998/99 as far as recording and performing. Influenced by the early 90s - 2000, Phase released the album “Hip Hop, Rap, The Taboo, Life Music & Soul,” which was a breaking the ice album, displaying a raw sense of lyricism among emcees. From 2002 - 2005, he performed all over New York City, as well as in Virginia, Boston, and North Carolina on the indie scene, perfecting his craft and stage performance. Also appearing on live albums by different indie artists and a few mixtapes, during that time, Phase recorded random songs that have since reached Israel and even Africa. In 2006/07, he released the mixtape “Phasing the Music”
