DJ Peter Coom, real name Petr Šimáček, is a 38-year-old DJ from Olomouc. He encountered electronic music for the first time at the age of 13 and immediately knew that this was what was missing in his life. At the age of 16, he actively began to learn to play and at the age of 19 he was actively performing in public. He loves several genres of music, but prefers to play techno in the Olomouc club Bocca, where he is also one of the resident DJs for almost 10 years. He is also very popular in Olomouc for his more than 5-hour long mixes, which can be admired at selected places such as special resaturations for relaxation and rooftop parties. Here his mixes are known as ABSTRACT BEATS because they are multi-genre. So far, he has had the honor of playing alongside the world's biggest stars such as Olav Basoski, Uto Karem, O.B.I., Pet Duo, Ben Long, as well as the best Czech DJs such as Lucca, Ladida, Chris Sadler and with DJ Golpe, who is currently considered one of the best Czech producers.
