Starting way back in the old skool 80s, using two modified turntables that I adapted myself (Technics were too dear to buy for a 14 year old on a paper round!) I experimented with vinyl , without any indication of BPM and beat matched by ear
DJing predominantly in my bedroom and at friends private parties, it never really took off for me and as life progressed my passion for mixing and DJing took a back seat.
This was all rekindled a few years ago when I was asked to step in for a sick DJ and fires were stoked for me.
DJing now includes supporting the likes of General Levy and booked events at The Ministry of Sound and I am thoroughly enjoying my time on the radio and embracing the new DJ technology.
