Peter Raynard is the editor of Proletarian Poetry: poems of working class lives www.proletarianpoetry.com, which has featured over 130 contemporary poets. Widely published, he has two poetry books: his debut collection Precarious (Smokestack Books, April 2018), and The Combination: a poetic coupling of the Communist Manifesto (Culture Matters, May 2018). He is also a member of Malika’s Poetry Kitchen, a collective set up by Malika Booker in 2001. Peter is disabled with poly-endocrine disorder and all the accompanying cerebral side effects of depression, chronic fatigue, and anxiety. Peter is a barrel of laughs trying to swim away in circles.
