Born in Rotterdam (NL) in 1979, Per Y Sol developed a musical mindset as a kid in the mid 90's. Inspired by radioshows like Van Diepen's Dance Department and Ben Liebrand's Grandmixes, he fell in love with house music. Since the early 2000's he started spinning records and bought his first Pioneer CDJ's. His musicstyle has developed from trance and progressive in the days to (deep/)house and techno nowadays.
In 2010 Per Y Sol began to record his DJ-sets and release them a.o. as his own mix-series: the 'Sol Sessions':
Handpicked and carefully selected tracks that deserve to be played 'on repeat' by a larger public.
In the past years he had gig's at venues like (Off)_Corso, Maassilo, Thalia Lounge and Blender in Rotterdam [NL] and abroad in Empuria Brava at the Costa Brava [Spain].
