One of lifes triers!!

Got back into throwing in 2009 after an enforced 5 year lay off due to injury.
Ranked 11th in the UK in vets 40-44 shot 2010.
Now in 45-49 age group and as of Sept 2011 have 9th farthest throw in country for my age group having being injured most of season .
Karate Black Belt & Breaking Champion.
