Through the years I can't remember having ever stopped humming melodies. After annoying my neighbours and flatmates for quite some time, I took the step towards the stage, to find out that there indeed was an audience that appreciated what I was doing.
I grew up listening to the masters of 1960s soul, soundtracks and the music of the great European singers and songwriters. For some time I took some classes at the classical music department of 'Athenaeum Music School'. My way of singing could be described as in the 'crooner tradition', embracing not only jazz standards, but also Greek songs of this era.
