I am a Yoga teacher with 30 years teaching experience I teach classes in Llandudno and Deganwy having moved to North Wales 9years ago. I am also a Reiki Master having trained about 3000 students and am always happy to hear from my Yoga and Reiki students. I live on the edge of the sea and enjoy beautiful walks with my black labrador Yazz who is an ex Guide dog. I organise day seminars and weekend residential courses here so welcome enquiries.
