from the ' small mind ' .. the root of most of man's (humans) inability to come to terms with opposing view points, can be traced to EGO.. the need to be better than instead of equal to . both in private & public life . If we all check our EGOs there is a strong possibility & probability we will find solutions to what is ailing this GREAT NATION
