Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement, dance and embodiment practice which brings together awareness of mind, body, heart and soul. Ecstatic Dance creates a safe, held and sacred space for you to dance, release, express, and connect with yourself and others; a community celebration where you can simply be yourself and experience rejuvenation and inspiration through connection, dance and music.
