ORM's Profile service essentially takes crucial contact information for a client's locations and physicians, then manually distributes the verified information to leading directory and review sites online. This process requires specific knowledge and relationships with each directory site, making the process confusing and frustrating for groups that try to tackle this on their own.
Although each directory site has its own requirements and policies that are subject to change, ORM currently provides Profile services for Google+, Bing Local, Apple Maps Connect, Healthgrades, Vitals, Doximity, and RateMDs. As part of the service, ITL will also search and attempt to delete erroneous listings that may exist on previously closed locations or physicians that no longer work in a practice.
