After the accomplishing her law degree, Corinne was looking for a connecting path to a more calm and spiritual lifestyle. She stepped onto her mat as an Ashtangi over 10 years ago but she started practicing yoga in 1996 2 years after giving birth to her son. She was introduced to a derivative of ashtanga yoga called power yoga. With a background in both practicing and teaching ballet and contemporary dance for more than 16 years Corinne warmed to yoga easily. Her passion for the practice quickly became a must in here daily life and awaked in her all the benefits of balancing body mind and soul. For Corinne, yoga became much more than a physical practice; there is a body, mind and soul connection.
In her journey to a spiritual lifestyle, she decided to quit everything in Canada and move to Riviera Maya Mexico in 2003. She felt this was a calling. Her devotion for the practice was taking more and more space in her life.
