A small business located on the pier in Oban -the Seafood Capital of Scotland, We pride ourselves on our customer service, providing fresh seafood and great memories. Our suppliers are the local fishermen you can see landing their catch on a regular basis right on our doorstep. Seating is outdoors, beautifully crafted oak tables and benches (We also have a wood business) with an amazing view of the bay.
Much like our lobsters, crabs and langoustines, Scottish winters can be a wee bit nippy, so unfortunately for all you hardcore seafood fanatics, we are in fact a seasonal business. Open early March - Late October/early November.
Owner (ex-fisherman) John Ogden, smokes our hot smoked salmon at our own smokehouse, traditional oak smoked. (With no electric kilns). Our wood business came about originally to source pure oak for smoking our salmon.
