He may seem quiet and calm at first sight but NKV Klemens hides some wicked tunes in his sleeve. Born in Sarajevo in late 70s, NKV Klemens grew up on sounds like Primus, Pink Floyd, Massive Attack... He found his love for dnb 20 years ago in his brother's room where Goldie’s Timeless, Reprazent’s New forms and some Good Looking tapes captivated his heart. The idea of becoming a DJ existed in his head for as long as he can remember but it was only in 2013 when he felt the urge to share his taste in music with the world. His liquid sets flirt with dark and atmospheric sound in his unique, recognizable way. His selections reflect a constant balancing in his daily life between Bosnian blues – unemployment, empty fridge and smog on one side, and easy living - unconditional love, sea, sun and dances ‘till morning hours. He is telling his story each Saturday on Radio Nula for several years now, but no matter how he presents it his message is always the same: Love is gonna save the world.
