Prestige Evergreen, a futuristic community project established in Varthur, Whitefield Road, Bangalore, is the place I, Nisha Marshall, work with. With 1600 units, comprising 3, 3.5, 4, and 5 BHK buildings, Prestige Evergreen is the newest phase of the Prestige Raintree Park project. It is built on 125 acres. 10 towers totaling 2B + G + 19 stories each comprise Phase 1's 28 acres. A tech parks and a mall are also included in this new Prestige Group project, which has been constructed to meet the needs of the inhabitants who are tech aware. Among the largest mixed-use townships operated by the Prestige Group, it is found on SH 35 across in Varthur Lake.
