This wave was recorded live at my latest morning session. I often record my playlists and not many of them make it to the public because they are live and often include looping and breaks in the music for me to add guidance according to what is evolving from the group during the session - however occasionally a wave comes through that feels potent , and a good resource to be shared for anyone who wants a good hours wave of the 5Rhythms, created by a certified 5R teacher. The theme for those attending was 'Honouring endings & new beginnings' - I wonder what theme or intention you will bring to this ... The invitation is to step into the dance with a beginners mind - because whenever we dance is it always for the very first time, as we practice putting our attention in the present moment , creating the dance as each footfalls, and being open to the wave finding us exactly where we are at.
